This recipe is going around the internet, having been featured on many of my favorite blogs including Lottie+Doof and Apron Strings. I thought I would give it a go and see how I fared.
I’d say things went pretty well…in fact, this is my new favorite way to make pasta! It was light and flavorful, the perfect summer dish. Thought I’d share it with you guys to see what you think.
One Pot Much Blogged About Pasta
You’ll need:
1 lb. spaghetti noodles
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 springs basil
1 tbsp. chili flakes
1 white onion, sliced
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese (optional)
1) Throw everything into a pot and bring to boil.
2) Some people let the water boil down, but I strained the noodles after they appeared to be done, and it was a good time to toss the noodles with the other ingredients. I much preferred it that way!

Looks delicious, and so easy to cook! 🙂
Thanks for your comment on my blog – my trench coats are old ones that you can't buy any more, but I think anything lined is a definite plus. Both are different material but waterproof, and yet they don't feel bulky so I can wear them in-between seasons. Hope that helps a little? Good luck with your move!

I just stumbled upon this — what a great idea. Simple, whole foods and easy prep! I bet you can just use whatever veg you have in your kitchen – steamed kale and spinach would be nice too!
