This past weekend I worked on perfecting my guacamole skills to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. You’d think I got sick of eating so much guacamole, but I DID perfect it so you didn’t have to!
Easy Peasy Glorious Guacamole
You’ll need:
2 large avocados
1 small heirloom tomato, diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 c. cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. lime juice or 1 fresh lime juice
Directions:
1) Cut avocados in half and scoop into large bowl with spoon.
2) Mash avocados with a fork.
3) Drizzle lime juice in the bowl and mix with the avocados.
4) Add tomato, onion, garlic and cilantro to the avocado. Mix and serve.
Delicious and gloriously nutritious!
