Last Call for Summer

Alas, fall is finally upon us. I spent one of the last beautiful summer-like Sunday mornings we had in London wandering around Primrose Hill in my favorite summer sundress, enjoying the rays, flowers and blue skies.

I’m in love with my new neighborhood. I had always heard that the view of the city from Primrose Hill was something pretty special, but, typically, I put off a visit until…well, until I actually moved to the area.

On my excursion, I got a little carried away by the warmth and sun and found myself walking through Regent’s Park. It is so cool that I live so close to two beautiful green spaces. When I lived in NYC for about three months last year, I learned something really important about myself: I MUST live near a park, or else I get brutally depressed. As someone who prides herself in being a city girl, this was quite the self discovery.

As the clouds started rolling in, I have to admit, I got excited. After
being in Denver for so long, a little rain and cloud is a novelty. I’m
expecting that will wear off fairly quickly, though, huh?
