One of my favorite happy hours in Denver can be found at Lime XS, which serves generously strong margaritas for $5 until 6pm. Coupled with free salsa and fluffy chips (yes, I do mean fluffy- well, really, deep fried but I try to focus on the fact that they’re fluffy and crispy rather than the fact that they’re just that much more unhealthy being deep fried), a good time is always had by all. And I do mean a good time.
I always like my margs on the rocks while HBL likes his frozen. This makes it impossible to share.
Sometimes we get a little crazy with the camera. But one observation: isn’t it strange how he consistently makes the same face in every single picture I take?! I almost think he looks this way 24/7…
Anyway, if you’re ever in Denver Lime XS on 6th is a good way to pass a spring afternoon.
